News: Castilla y Leon Economica Best Manager Award
On September 16, our colleague Jorge Lorenzo, Quality Manager, R&D&I and MA, received the Castilla y Leon Economica Best Manager Award, in the category Quality.
During the award ceremony held at Abadia Retuerta LeDomaine in Sardon de Duero, our colleague addressed a few words to the authorities, sponsors, and members of the jury:
“At Grupo TecoZam, we implement high technological value solutions in the civil engineering industry, and innovation is one of them, a cornerstone of our culture.
My heartfelt thanks to the Management Committee and the Gomez Rojo brothers, who trusted us over the years, and to all the people who belong to the TecoZam family, working day and night on four of the five continents.
In 2016, they trusted me to lead an ambitious systematization, process optimization and continuous quality project, to provide our customers with a better service and to contribute with better construction solutions for the societies where we operate. We achieved it by relying on the people, on talent development and cultural transformation, and it does pay off in the medium and long term.
In our organization, we believe that great businesses are built on great people and great teams, and TecoZam is a great example of it.”
The act was attended by authorities such as the Minister of Economy and Finance of the Junta de Castilla y Leon, Mr. Carlos Fernandez Carriedo, the Sponsor Representatives, the Members of the Jury, and the Representatives of Castilla y Leon Economica, as well as the remaining winners for other categories.
This award demonstrates TecoZam's commitment to Excellence and Innovation, among other corporate values reflected across the entire company. Therefore, we thank everyone for their work.
