News: Employee Awards and Recognitions
TecoZam places great emphasis on talent management, training, and cultural transformation, recognizing them as essential elements for its success. As an organization, we highly value the Lessons Learned and employee recognition sessions. These sessions have been an integral part of our practices since 2018, serving as a platform for transmitting corporate values, fostering awareness, and engaging in discussions about quality-related topics, success stories, lessons learned, and the future direction of our organization's strategy.
During our most recent Lessons Learned session, which took place at our headquarters in February 2020, we dedicated time to acknowledge and appreciate the outstanding contributions of our employees in the areas of Health and Safety and R&D&I. In recognition of their achievements, the following awards were granted in both categories:
