Since 2020, Grupo TecoZam has been certified in the ISO45001:2018 International Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, replacing the previous OHSAS 18001:2007 reference. This certification has been instrumental in enhancing our prevention awareness and practices.

Our commitment to occupational health and safety is reflected in our impressive results. We achieved a score of 81 out of 100 in the NOSACQ-50 Index, a tool developed by Nordic occupational health institutes to assess prevention awareness. Additionally, the European Agency for Safety & Health at Work has recognized the NOSACQ-50 Index as a potential European standard for prevention awareness.

The implementation of ISO45001:2018 has facilitated the development of targeted action programs. These programs include our annual anti-fall initiative and the psychosocial risk program, which focuses on stress management, time management, and productivity improvement.

To gauge the effectiveness of our health and safety practices, we assess customer satisfaction through the TecoZam Global Safety Index. This index evaluates our performance and management of health and safety in our daily operations. We are proud to report an impressive score of 89 out of 100, which demonstrates the hard work and commitment of our employees, who play an integral role in upholding the highest standards of health and safety throughout Grupo TecoZam
